Euromoney names EfTEN best real estate investment manager in Estonia and Latvia
Euromoney, a leading global magazine in the field of finance and banking, published magazine’s 11th annual Real Estate Survey on September 7, 2015 ranking EfTEN Capital AS best in Estonia and Latvia in two categories: real estate investment manager and overall category.
According to EfTEN Capital SIA CEO and managing partner Viktors Savins, Euromoney survey results are a recognition to the whole team and due to the fact that results are based on evaluations by peers, being ranked the best in real estate investment manager and overall category is even greater honor to us.
Euromoney magazine’s 11th annual Real Estate Survey results are based on opinions of the leading firms involved in the real estate sector worldwide – the advisors, developers, investment managers, banks, and corporate end-users of real estate. In the survey Euromoney asks from respondents which firms they think have been the best providers of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months.
EfTEN Capital AS, established in 2008, the company has the alternative fund management licence issued by Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. Through the companies belonging to the group, EfTEN Capital manages 40 commercial properties with the market value of 350 million euros in Estonia and Latvia; the properties have more than 600 lessees.
