EfTEN Capital Latvia is proud to inform you that 3 buildings in the real estate portfolio - Duntes Biroji and the buildings "Ausma" and "Valters" of the "Jaunā Teika" office complex have received the prestigious BREEAM In-Use (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate.
