EfTEN Capital Latvia receives BREEAM certificate for 3 office buildings in Riga
EfTEN Capital Latvia is proud to inform you that 3 buildings in the real estate portfolio - Duntes Biroji and the buildings "Ausma" and "Valters" of the "Jaunā Teika" office complex have received the prestigious BREEAM In-Use (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate.
BREEAM certification is a globally recognized standard for assessing the environmental performance of buildings, considering various factors such as energy efficiency, water saving, materials used and overall sustainability. Obtaining this certificate demonstrates EfTEN Capital's commitment to improving the environmental and economic sustainability of properties.
