EfTEN Capital announces an open architectural ideas competition.
EfTEN Capital - the largest commercial real estate fund manager in Baltic States, on behalf of LLC "AURA CENTER" announces an open architectural ideas competition draft design development "SIA DEPO DIY supermarket Cukura Street 2, Jelgava" in order to obtain cooperation partners for further, more detailed construction plan Architectural parts development.
Tender regulations accepted by Latvian Association of Architects, the jury includes certified architects.Competition lasts till 01 July, 2016.
